Ayurveda – Healthy Habits: The Doshic Clock

Sunday 7th May 9.30-12.30, £28 

Update old habits, with Ayurvedic wisdom to give you the energy you’d like to have in spring and summer. Ayurveda is thousands of years old, yet totally practical and relevant to living well – now.

This session we’ll be looking at the Doshic Clock. Ayurveda states that each 24 hours has 6 sections, each with its own energy. Live in harmony with it, and you experience better health and feel vibrant; live out of sync and we feel depleted, poorly rested and have poorer digestion.

This workshop is for anyone who’d like to:
Have more energy
Experience better digestion
Have better quality of sleep
Make the most of their work/relationships/play

You don’t need to know about Ayurveda, but you will need to have an idea of what your dosha is – I can send you info on this when you sign up.
