Rest & Restore with Ivana

Third Saturday of the Month  7-8.45p.m

Restorative Yoga – because gentle is the new strong. In this class we will be stretching the body and mind in a luxurious restorative way. Props are used to support the body so poses can be held longer, allowing the body to open through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses, and their shapes are modified to your individual self with blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps to eliminate unnecessary muscular effort.

Restorative yoga practice is journey inwards. Soothing, comforting, relaxing and renewing. It is excellent for reducing chronic stress, anxiety and exhaustion.

Join for this practice and learn how to support Yourself when you are feeling sick, weak, tired, recovering from injury or illness or you just want to rock Saturday evening in this style…Practice is followed by deep guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)

Shakti Sadhana with Ivana

Series of Moon – Sun – Fire Practices /14th March, 18th April, 16th May/

Join Ivana for these set of three extended practices that revolve around the intention to generate power; so the full force of the soul can be awakened and accessible.You will be guided through Tantra/Hatha Yoga with a methodical approach.

Chandra Sadhana /Moon Practice – 14th March

The primary focus of this practice is the mind; which has two distinct orientations: calm and stable. Just because this is a moon practice, it doesn’t mean we will be lightweights about the physical practice. We will be building strength & stability which will lead us towards becoming more self-aware and more deeply at ease.

Surya Sadhana / Sun Practice – 18th April

The focus of this practice is centred on prana (life force) and your relationship to it. It has two distinct orientations: drawing of higher awareness (developing sensitivity to prana) and expansion of prana (intensifying and concentrating your pranic field)

Agni Sadhana / Fire Practice – 16th May

This practice will focus on generating the unique energy ‘fire’ at the navel centre that dissolves mental and physical limitations and the density of which separates us from the infinite.

Investment for these three classes is £50 or a single session is £20. Priority will be giving to people who are attending all 3.

Flow & Restore with Ivana

First Sunday of the Month  9-10.30a.m

This practice is intended to create a space for you to simply be and explore the connection of the breath and mind through the way of body moves.
Spacious sequencing will give you time to see what is possible in your mind and body right now and move from there…
Open to all levels, however not suitable for complete beginners
